    We were so lucky and honored to have Crystal Rose Events for event coordination on our wedding day at The Stonehurst. We had attended a wedding they coordinated that was so beautiful that we knew they’d do a great job at outs. The team was so communicative and helpful every step of the way from vendor and schedule recommendations to managing last minute changes, blended family dynamics, unexpected emergencies, surprise performances and intense heat on the day of! As someone who also does events, I was impressed by their level of professionalism, patience and ability to roll with the hiccups. They handled everything with ease and calm which allowed us to take in and enjoy our day. The wedding was everything we hoped it would be and so much of it was because of the incredible work by Crystal and her team. We are so grateful to them for making our big day run so smoothly and beautifully. We can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend!

    Crystal was really professional throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. Along with her assistant, Alicia, they made our wedding day a memorable one! Without Crystal, our wedding would have been a disaster because Crystal pretty much took care of everything, in terms of finding the right vendors, scheduling meetings, etc… I highly recommend Crystal for couples looking to get married because she is the best!

    Crystal and her team absolutely crushed it during our wedding and before hand. I am a very type a- need to be in control person, Crystal was the first wedding planner we spoke to where we finally felt like we could release control and just enjoy the day!! And we were right, she truthfully was able to handle everything and anything. She is well organized, knows her stuff, and makes sure you dont lift a finger! I would hire her again and again!

She helped me figure out my budget and only recommended vendors that were within it, making the planning process so much less stressful. Crystal attended my venue walkthroughs and we had five or six one-hour planning meetings where she made sure I didn’t forget any of the little details. Her thoroughness and attention to detail were impressive. On the wedding day, everything went smoothly—I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She went above and beyond, especially considering I was out of the area, to get everything ready and transported to and from the venue seamlessly.     I am very impressed with the level of organization and preparedness of Crystal Rose Events! Initially, about a year before our wedding, our meetings/calls were with Crystal who was very professional and helpful. Two months before our wedding, Jessica joined the team and she was fantastic as well. Jessica was very organized, joyful, and helpful. Jessica attended our design meeting, helped manage everything with the vendors, and had a very positive attitude throughout our experience. Everyone at Crystal Rose Events communicates efficiently and is very responsive and involved. My wedding day was perfect and Jessica, along with her assistant, Sabrina, were incredible! They really worked hard to ensure that my husband and I were not under any stress. I highly recommend this incredible group of planners and coordinators.     We used CrystalRose Events as our day-of wedding coordinator for our wedding in Palm Springs. They were amazing. Even months before the wedding, they were very responsive and helped us find fantastic vendors including hair/makeup and DJ. On the day of the wedding, Crystal and her team ensured that the day ran smoothly and on time. My family and I were able to enjoy the wedding and not have to worry about the details like transporting decor, setting it up, and organizing photos because Crystal and her team took care of it. Our meetings with Jessica, Day of Lead Coordinator, Dana, and asst, Sabrina went really well. Very thoughtful, thorough, and detail oriented. Our Wedding & Reception was on the Queen Mary. This is a huge ship & takes a lot of good communication & attention to detail. Dana and Sabrina were awesome!! Everything from our Rehearsal to making sure all the vendors & guests knew where to go, they were on it!! There's no such thing as perfect.     Working with Jessica and Jon was such a pleasure from start to finish. We never really thought our wedding coordinators would become such a key part of making our big day feel so special, but they absolutely did. They were there for us every step of the way – from all the planning before the wedding, to the craziness of the day itself, and even checking in afterwards. It wasn't just about them doing their job; it was clear they genuinely cared. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding wasn't just a good day, but the absolute best it could possibly be for us. What we really appreciated was how they always seemed to know what we needed, sometimes even before we did. They just had this incredible way of supporting us in so many unasked for ways. Like, they built great relationships with our friends who were in the wedding party, used their own smarts to fix and suggest little things (give advice on lighting and photography), and stayed incredibly calm and supportive even when unexpected stuff popped up. They were so quick to suggest solutions and proactively fix things, and because of them, everything worked out perfectly in the end. We're just so thankful for how responsive and intuitive they were, for all their hard work, and for truly making our wedding day unforgettable. Thank you, Jessica and Jon!
